A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Mike specializes in inventory management, BOH operations with a focus on kitchen design, menu ideation. He is our accredited Certified Angus Beef® and Seven Hills expert. His experience and knowledge is valuable in any restaurant establishment.

With more than 35 years of foodservice sales/operations experience, Anthony specializes in training, Italian menu execution, menu development, food costing, and FOH & BOH training. He is our resident expert on all things Italian.

Dual specialization in produce and center of the plate, Julie has been helping customers at Performance Foodservice for over a decade. Her engaging personality and dedication to customer satisfaction makes her a favorite with customers.

Brad has 40+ years of experience in the food industry. His wealth of knowledge includes, restaurant proprietorship, marketing, operations, 20 years of street sales and consulting in the foodservice and chemical industry.

With 30+ years in the foodservice industry, Ren has a wealth of BOH experience, broker sales, broker client management, and national manufacturing representation. Ren’s experience in BOH, menu development, supply chain, and manufacturer/product knowledge make him a valuable resource for our customers and sales team.

Having grown up in his family-run restaurant business, Jan has an extensive foodservice background. He opened Brunetti’s Restaurant with his father in 1997 and was later hired at ROMA in 2000, which merged with PFG in 2008.

With 30 years in our industry and 3 years at Performance Foodservice, Karen specializes in custom print, take-out packaging ideation, and updating all things table top. She loves sharing her experience with our valued customers.

As a seasoned culinary professional with over two decades of hands-on experience in the foodservice industry, John oversaw multiple restaurants, leading creative menu development, kitchen design, and operational excellence. John is passionate about all things seafood and excited to share his knowledge with customers.

Jenn is a creative professional with over 18 years of experience in photography, video production
and multimedia design. She brings a unique blend of artistry and technical expertise to every project. She earned her B.A. in Communications from Virginia Tech, where she focused on Visual Communications and Journalism.

Leona is the former Editor-in-Chief of Coastal Virginia Magazine, where she extensively covered the local, regional and state restaurant scene across print and digital platforms. She is a creative, writer, communications professional, food freak, nature and travel lover. She holds a degree in English from James Madison University and a degree in Dance & Choreography from Virginia Commonwealth University. 

Drawing on experience in digital marketing and social media strategy, Kirsten brings creativity and insight to showcasing Performance Foodservice - Virginia’s diverse offerings. Her passion for food and storytelling helps connect customers with ideas that inspire success.
